For our Canadian Visitors: If you are traveling to the U.S. by sea or land, you don't need a passport until January 2008. Children under the age of 15 will not be required to have a passport. Youth 18 and under, if traveling with an organized sporting team or school group will also be exempt. However, if traveling on a trip with parents or guardians, youth age 16 and up will be required to carry a passport if traveling by land or water to the U.S. as of January 2008.
If you are flying to the U.S. at this time, adults and youth 16 and older must have a valid passport.
